Every order is made to order with care. If your product arrives with a print error or quality defect, we will replace it or refund you — no hassle. Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or issue replacements for items with print errors or quality defects within 30 days of receipt. As most products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please contact us with a photo of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be edited or cancelled before production begins. Once an item has entered production, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
How long do refunds take?
Refund processing times depend on your payment method: PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours; credit and debit card refunds take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna and AfterPay where available.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by Fourthwall.com, our commerce platform partner. Your payment details are handled securely by Fourthwall and are not stored by Ogham Lore.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location and product. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of production completion. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of a technical fault with the file itself.
